Every Steadi order has a 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee. Contact Steadi within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Normally used products are eligible; original packaging is not required.

Email support@getsteadi.com with your order number. The team provides a prepaid return label and instructions. U.S. return shipping is free.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when the return is scanned into the carrier’s system. After processing, the refund typically appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, contact the team with a photo and order number. The merchant’s current policy provides replacement at no cost, with no return required for damaged or defective items.
