Check venue rules before packing a drink holder

Confirm the exact event’s rules for bags, beverages, drinkware, chairs and accessories. One venue’s permission is not another’s.

Five things to check before leaving

Open the official event page and the venue’s current entry policy. Check bag size and material; outside beverages; permitted container materials and sealed-bottle rules; chair or table restrictions; and stakes or accessories. Recheck an event-specific email when it differs from a general FAQ.

Why a general packing list is not enough

Wolf Trap’s Filene Center FAQ permits patrons to bring food and drinks for its lawn and picnic areas. Chateau Ste. Michelle’s concert FAQ lists empty non-glass drinkware among allowed items and provides its own bag and beverage conditions. These are examples of differing policies, not approval of Steadi by either venue.

Ask a precise question if the policy is unclear

Describe Steadi as a freestanding flexible TPU drink holder, 5.2 inches across and 2.8 inches tall, with no stake or chair attachment. Ask whether that item is allowed for your event. Separately ask about the drink container. Save the answer for your planning; gate staff apply the venue’s rules.

Plan an alternative

Do not buy an accessory on the assumption that every venue will admit it. If your planned drinkware or setup is prohibited, use a permitted concession container and an allowed drink spot. Its base still needs to fit; a large rim is not a measurement of the bottom.
